Q: How many databases do you have available?
A: We have 102 different databases with over 120,000,000 client records for the US and 26 for Canada. We offer each state and the DC area plus Canadian Provinces and Territories in either a business or residential database.
Q: How difficult is it to export the databases for use on an autodialer?
A: It's quite easy, the databases are in text-CSV format and this will allow you to export data by zip code into a CSV format. There is also an file builder tool available that will allow you to build files to export in a simple to use format.
Q: Are there any limits on the usage of this information?
A: No, you will have unlimited personal usage of the information, however you do not have the right to resell the information.
Q: Do you offer tech support?
A: We only offer support for the use of the data disk and the sorting tool. If you need support loading the data into your dialer system you will need to contact you system supplier.
Q: How do I find out how many records there are for each state?
A: Simply contact us and we will give you details for each state you are interested in.
Q: What can I use this database information for?
A: You can load it onto any dialer system or merge it for mailing, or any way that you can think of so long as it is not breaking any laws.
